We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops right at your doorstep and a 4-minute walk from the train and tram stops. Each studio is fully furnished with contemporary decor and all the essentials you might need (towels, hairdryer and kitchen supplies) to make you feel at home.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
