This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.

We have a cute front porch, private fenced in back area, and a driveway for parking. There is WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and clean bathroom, a dining nook, gas range and oven and large windows. We are on the main street that passes through the Mission Beach peninsula (see google maps).
