There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms (3 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 cots) and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 7-seater hot tub, a large pit couch for movie nights, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and an 18-foot long water mat. Pontoon available to rent between May-early October for $225/day w/ 2 day minimum. Plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. Take advantage of nearby parks and restaurants in Zimmerman!
