From the garden you reach the square, where you can park for free and where there are restaurants. In 5 minutes you are by the river with its bathing beaches.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Al Lago Maggiore casa San Martino Porto Ronco (3)

Patricia und Raffaello Zucconi heissen Sie herzlich willkommen! Casa San Martino im Besitz der Familie Zucconi seit 1901, liegt direkt an See des spektakulären Lago Maggiore, gegenüber den Brissago Inseln. Die 3 Wohnungen sind ruhig und hell mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Zu Ihrer Verfügung steht der Garten mit Liegestühlen und direktem Zugang zum See. Fähren zu den Brissago Inseln und nach Ascona legen nur 30 meter entfernt ab. Die Bushaltestelle ist 50 meter entfernt.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Bijou Cardada, 3.5 Zi. Whg., 120m2, neu renoviert

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus. Auf youtube unter "Bijou Cardada" findest du einen Rundgang durch die Wohnung.

Casa Margret

Casa Margret liegt im alten Dorfkern von Giumaglio, umgeben von Rustici und Gässchen. Ein Wasserfall zum Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden ist nur 2 Min. entfernt. In 5 Min. erreichen Sie eine Hängebrücke über die Maggia, die zu ruhigen Plätzchen führt. Spaziergänge durch Rebberge und Kastanienwälder bieten Natur pur und schenken neue Energie für den Alltag.
