Kawakawa Hut with outdoor “crystal” bath

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, air fryer, frypan, coffee machine, tea, & milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Designer home in Kinloch

Experience Lake Taupo's breathtaking views in our architecturally designed holiday home. Built in 2023, this passive house boasts a designer kitchen with open plan living area. Relax in the outdoor spa or be entertained with a selection of games, puzzles, Smart TV and dart board. Kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available, you will need to transport them to the lake. The garage has a Tesla charger. Pets are welcome and can explore a small fenced area. Book now for an unforgettable stay.

Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, Weber BBQ, Pizza cooker, air fryer. You have your our own private en-suite. Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).
