There are three bedrooms: first bedroom has a kingsize bed, second has two single beds, and third room has a king bed with an ensuite. We have provided all of the amenities required to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh and beyond or exploring the wonderful Fife Coast.

It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

Just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, this is a delightful, relaxing retreat with access to the city still on hand. This was our second home and we have decided to open it up to airbnb. It has lots of home comforts including cosy beds, a comfy lounge with smart TV, fast wifi, large American Fridge, ice dispenser, microwave, washer dryer. Towels, bedding and essentials included.
