BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please find your favorite room among the five different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip.

Cozy studio in a guesthouse between Osaka and Kyoto with air conditioning, private bathroom, and a mini refrigerator in Hirakata. There is enough room for luggage, along with free fast WiFi throughout the property. Every room is equipped with a balcony. All units are fitted with a real bed (not futon) bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and extra pillows. Laundry service and lounge available on site. Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
