The grade II listed farm dates back to 1700 and offers an authentic, cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful location grounding in nature above the sleepy village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth on the edge of the Peak District.

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

This is a beautiful modern self contained studio space that is attached to a barn conversion. This provides a cosy open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for cooking. It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested . You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive

Ryecroft House, Large apartment near Holmfirth

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
