Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Large sun deck that looks over beautiful gardens and countryside, free parking.

Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
