There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Cottage was originally the Estate office to the Tudor, Holme Pierrepont Hall, still a family home to descendants of the Pierrepont's.
