Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.
