Main floor bath w. deep soaking tub. Well equipped kitchen open to dining area & second living room. Main living room overlooking the lake, w. smart tv & sound system. Lower level 2nd bedroom.

All day enjoyment awaits at this conveniently located, tucked in the woods, 2 bed/1 bath cottage with large deck, on an all-sport lake. Enjoy quiet mornings as the sun rises across the lake. Enjoy sunny days playing in the water, soaking up the sun on the large deck, or explore the lake with a kayak. Enjoy the evening cool down with bonfires and s'mores. Property features lots of outdoor-living space for long days in the sun and on the water. Cottage accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Our cottage has been professionally renovated w/all new furnishings. Kitchen is spacious & well equipped. Sandy shallow swim area & dock are ideal for hanging out, launching kayaks & docking your boat. Perfect lake for water sports, fishing & watching wildlife. End your evenings with a bonfire under the stars or hanging out on the dock.

Tulip festival getaway/ pet friendly/fenced yard

Two King beds and a bunk bed! Enjoy a couples or family get away with loved ones at this serene lakeside retreat. This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom haven boasts modern comforts, a shared dock across the street and complimentary kayaks for endless lake adventures. Enjoy family meals on the spacious covered deck, soak in sunset views over Hutchins Lake, and toast marshmallows around the fire pit in the fenced backyard. Relax with the family at this historic stone cottage. Create new memories on around the fire pit. While relaxing on the lake you have access to stand up paddle boards/kayaks & floats. Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
