Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds, The Old Barn holiday cottage is a perfect place to come and relax in a peaceful and rural location. Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs. There is off road parking for one car.

A luxurious self-contained glamping pod in the garden of our family home. Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) the Beech Pod is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway or to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. The pod has access to an indoor heated hot-tub. We are dog-friendly, and charge an extra fee of £30 for your stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
