Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Haven byder på bålsted, solrig terrasse og stor trampolin. Fra april til oktober kan tandemcykler lejes. Hurtigt internet og naturskønne omgivelser fuldender ferien.

Newly renovated and cosy holiday home with two separate annexes on a large, secluded property. It accommodates a total of 8 people. The holiday home is located in a quiet area with only 150 metres to the water via a private jetty, and 300 metres to a sandy beach. It is close to Gilleleje town, which offers a great commercial life with many exciting shops, cosy cafés, a cinema and good restaurants. The holiday home has been privately owned since 2008 and is only rented out on a limited basis.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
