Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

The Cottage is located at Deviot, 30 minutes drive from Launceston, on 2½ acres of land overlooking the Tamar River giving guests spectacular views of the sun & moonrise.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. With spectacular views overlooking the wide flowing Tamar River it is the perfect space to enjoy some relaxing days and amazing sunsets. Also some wildlife is bouncing around the Studio at night. In the fruit season you’re welcome to pick your own raspberries or other seasonal fruit from our orchards and simply enjoy what our little paradise has to offer.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
