Our self-contained studio is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We provide a comfy bed and continental breakfast. The studio has beautiful views across farmlands to the Tararua Mountain Ranges and sea views the other side. A 10min stroll takes you to our picturesque beach, via scenic walkways. Peka Peka Beach is great for swimming, walking, or just sitting and relaxing. There are masses of tracks and trails accessible from here and within the Kapiti area, for biking and walking or tramping. A trip to Kapiti Island from Paraparaumu, is a must for nature lovers. For those wanting a more relaxed stay, there are really good cafes and restaurants nearby. Harrison's Garden Cafe in Peka Peka, is great and there is a good variety of eateries at Waikanae Beach. The Shoreline Cinema in Waikanae Township, 5 mins drive away, also for coffee and cake, or well selected wines.

The bach can accommodate comfortably 14 guests in total. Please bring your own towels. Bed linen is supplied . Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Train station another 50 meters. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Unlimited high speed WiFi. Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, TVNZ on demand.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults at the moment, until we replace the sofa bed. We do not accept same day check-ins.

A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog.
