Beautiful ground level apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. At 7000 ft elev., nights are cool and the days are warm. House is on 2 acres and the river attracts coyotes, deer, birds, ducks, and muskrats.
