Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Great views. Access to to the park through our backyard. Deers are regular guests. Cayotes can be seen occasionally. Squirrels roam our huge oak tree. Great place for hiking. Nearby large casino. Easy drive or take ferry to downtown San Francisco. Visit Sausalito, Muir Woods, or Six Flags theme park.

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.
