Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Plenty of good walks in the area and free fresh eggs from our hens. We can also be flexible on check in and check out times if needed

The Piggery is a two bedroom cottage in the quiet hamlet of Newsholme, East Yorkshire. Surrounded by the countryside it is an ideal location for walking and just chilling out. The nearest town of Howden is a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops, pubs, bars and places to eat. There is also a train station with links to all major cities. We are ideally situated for days out to York, Beverly, Leeds and the East Yorkshire coast, all of which are a 40 to 60 minutes drive away .

Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Set in a private garden, next to Woodland and open fields, posh camping with the luxuries! 10 miles from York city, and a bus stop 15 min walk away. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.

Self-contained cabin near Saltend Chemicals Park

The Cabin is a well insulated wooden clad building aimed at contractors on a weekly, fortnightly or longer comute for work in the Hull area. It is situated in a quiet countryside location just over a mile from Saltend Chemicals Park where you will feel it is a world away. Self contained with basic cooking facilities for you to cook, just have a local takeaway or pub meals. Convenient free off-street parking just.
