Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you. Recently lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one with an estuary view, while downstairs you will find a galley kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a cosy lounge/dining room.

Enjoy the sunny side of the estuary with multiple stunning sandy beaches to choose from as well as cafes and walks aplenty. Salcombe can be reached easily by hopping on the foot ferry should you wish and water sports lovers can hire equipment a couple of minutes from the property. The house is comfortable, well equipped and offers parking and a delightful garden.
