Yet it's under 20 minutes to beaches and mountains, less to the forests.

Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. The perfect get away for a cosy break, close to the mountains for the adventurous: cosy, relaxing and quiet if you would rather curl up in front of the fire and look at the mountains from the comfort of your sofa. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Silent Valley, the quaint fishing village of Annalong, the bustling town of Kilkeel and many excellent places to dine out. A 15 minute drive to the beautiful seaside town of Newcastle with its many shops, eateries and ice cream shops is a must.
