We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Studio 9 is a cosy coastal getaway, 2 blocks from Woolacombe beach, overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside and the Atlantic ocean. Located in the heart of Woolacombe, you're a stones throw from shops, bars & restaurants, as well as several great beaches and some lovely walks. The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

The property is centrally located in Colyford with a great pub and village shop a few hundred yards away plus a cycling hub cafe just two minutes walk. The room has an external entrance from the car park and is not accessible from the owners accomodation. Car Parking and Wifi included

Because our wizard has gone on a journey searching for magical dragon eggs, we are offering guests a chance to step away from the castle with our brand new experience of the Wizard's Rest, and enjoy the tranquil place he uses for his spells and meditation.

We are a small friendly bed and breakfast in the centre of Dartmouth, right on the waterfront, with views of the river and sea. The River Room is a small en-suite double on the ground floor with a king sized bed. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until September and 2hrly during day, if there is a space available. Please see map in photos section for parking facilities.
