Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Stay in an RV hooked up at our Beachfront Resort with private beach access *OR* we can park it for you directly on the beach -your choice. Cold AC, 2 recliners, 3 TVs, exterior security cameras, electric indoor fireplace. Kitchen features: double sinks, fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave. Full size bed in bedroom, Table becomes a twin bed, over cab-a full bed. Linens, towels, beach chairs. Also available are golf carts, surf boards and wave runners for rent. This 3 bed/2 bath home is completely refurbished to give each guest a sanctuary to rest, relax & recharge. The open floorplan gives families room to spend time together, & the downstairs area has so much space to unwind. We discovered this house in 2021, in the process of being moved from its bayside lot. We immediately saw the potential in this house- large windows, spacious rooms & a beautiful front porch. We are excited to give this house a second life & for families to create memories here!
