We are located on the edge of Bodmin Moor with the Cheesewring & the Hurlers a short drive or a longer stomp across the moor. We are 3 miles from the town of Liskeard and 8 miles from the coastal town of Looe. We also have some of Cornwall's other lovely beach towns such as Bude, Padstow, Newquay and St Ives to name but a few

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview

The Byre converted barn, is situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor, 4 miles from Liskeard in Cornwall. We have tried to keep many of the old features, when we renovated it from a cowshed. NEW KITCHEN FOR 2022 . Sleeps 4 only - 2 x en-suite. Fully Equipped all bedding provided. Towels provided for cottage use. open plan lounge/dining room. Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .
