Relax and enjoy a home from home feel in this modern self contained annex situated in the ancient stannary town of Plympton. 10 min walk to the Ridgeway which offers local shops, restaurants and pubs. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Lovely, little house on the outskirts of Plymouth, the Ocean City. The whole house and garden are yours to relax in. Close to the A38, it’s a wonderful base for easy access to the beautiful beaches and moors of Devon and Cornwall. Only a 15min drive into the centre of Plymouth, the university and the fascinating historical sites of the Barbican and the Hoe. Buses also run from the end of the road. Shops and takeaways are conveniently a short walk away.
