The Little Washhouse

The Little Washhouse is a beautifully-restored washhouse dating back over a hundred years. Hidden away, at the rear of High Meadow House, in the rural village of Cononley, this pretty stone cottage is an idyllic retreat for two and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and only minutes into the Yorkshire Dales. Private and beautifully furnished including a comfy king size bed, it is surrounded by a stunning garden. There is a brand new private bathroom with a separate entrance. Peaceful, calm and quiet, you can truly relax here. Bradley is 2 miles from the market town of Skipton. There is a great pub and village shop in walking distance. We are well situated for cyclists, walkers and tourists.

A cosy, newly renovated studio cottage which comprises of a kitchen, shower room and a private courtyard. In an idyllic, rural, setting, conveniently located with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Skipton, Bolton Abbey and Ilkely. An ideal place to stay for a walking, cycling or sightseeing holiday. A great option if you are in the area to attend a wedding at one of the many beautiful venues in the area such as the Tithe Barn, which is less than 10 minutes away.

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.
