Charming design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

L'appartamento si trova a Varena, un piccolo paese della Val di Fiemme che affaccia sulla catena del Lagorai. L'alloggio è posizionato al piano terra e gode di un giardino con vista. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro del paese dotato di bar, ristoranti, banca e negozi di prima necessità. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le varie località sciistiche (Alpe Cermis, Obereggen-Pampeago, Alpe Lusia ect) o come partenza per piacevoli escursioni a piedi o in bici.

Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
