The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. Hand-crafted from scratch by your host Dave, this shepherd's hut boasts a generous 9ft by 22ft footprint, larger than a standard shepherd’s hut. The hut offers the best of both worlds – a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, yet with the convenience of a village pub just a stone's throw away.

Surrounded by quaint villages the cottage is set within 25 acres and tennis court. A short drive to the historic towns of Newark and Southwell and the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln. 20 minutes from the cottage are Sherwood Forest and the Robin Hood Centre and Clumber Park. Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.
