The farmhouse is one of a hamlet of ten award-winning cottages on gated grounds at Haddon Grove Farm. Located just outside the historic market town of Bakewell, in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park, the cottages are set amongst three acres of beautiful private countryside with views over Lathkill Dale NNR. Each cottage is perfectly set up for a family friendly break.

The Manor House

With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the Manor House is a beautifully spacious detached, three storey house which has its origins in the early 17th century (we have 3 other properties also available sleeping up to 28 people at this venue). The long sweeping drive takes you to the house, which enjoys some outstanding far reaching views across the beautiful farmland surrounding it. Grove Farm Cottage

A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse, sleeps up to 5 (maximum 4 adults) in a double, twin and single bedroom. An enclosed garden, pet friendly (one dog), use of the farm's heated indoor pool (a 70 minute private swim/ sauna is guaranteed each day of the stay - these slots can be pre-booked). There is a playground and a playshed and animal feeding/ egg collecting takes place at 8.30am every day on farm. Children are very welcome to join in. This farmhouse is situated in Beeley, Derbyshire and just a short drive to Bakewell, Chatsworth House and the beautiful sites of the Peak District. This neutrally decorated four bedroom, 1 bathroom property sleeps eight in superb accommodation with a cosy contemporary feel. The property boasts a private hot tub and garden area to enjoy if the weather allows. There is also a sauna and swim spa on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

A superb 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4800 sq ft home, with 9 metre indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi, cinema room with 100 inch screen and Atmos surround sound, pool table, darts & table tennis. April, May & June fully booked. Just 1 weekend left in July. Only the last week of Summer holidays left (from 31st August). Christmas and New Year still available. Badgers Wood

3 Bedrooms - Situated in truly rural surroundings, with some spectacular views from the location, this is an ideal base from which to visit the many attractions the area has to offer. Taddington Barns (including Badgers Wood, Robins Nest, Swifts Retreat and The Manor House) have been sympathetically restored to fully reflect their character, with exposed beams, wooden floors and carefully co-ordinated fabrics and furnishings being used throughout.
