A washer/dryer, complete the full size bath and walk-in seated shower. Located just minutes from The Lakes Golf Course and Ski Ben Eion and about 20 - 25 mins. to Sydney

Light and airy guest suite attached to main level of our family home. Includes one queen bed, full bath with shower, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and sink. Shared barbeque located on lower level. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.

We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.
