There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. Come and stay at our warm and welcoming Kemp’s Corner. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.
