Broken Silo

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

Dishes taken care of in winter. Let me know if you want separate sleeping arrangements if your'e a group of 2 in advance. PACK YOUR OWN WOOD PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THE WOOD ON PROPERTY. There is a pull out double bed couch with bedding provided.
