The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. AC upstairs. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

The House on the Hill

This house is located outside Alden. It sits on 35 acres and is 1/4 of a mile from the road. The location is rural, secluded and quiet. There is ample parking for boats and recreational vehicles. The view from the deck is spectacular, you can see out over 10 miles. It's private and has a wide wraparound deck, with a covered area at the front. It's perfect for grilling, relaxing and watching the sky after a day out. The kitchen is open and provides a lot of space for food preparation.

The Hut is a comfy cozy, tiny home, that boasts all the amenities for a simple, back to basics stay. It has electricity and 5 gallons of potable water. Nestled in a stand of whispering pines overlooking an antique apple orchard. The atmosphere is quiet, private, and relaxing, in a rural environment. Adjacent to The Glacial Hills Pathway with 33 miles of hiking/ biking trails. Expansive sky boasts amazing sunsets and star gazing. Close to many lakes and beaches. 2 miles to Bellaire.

Contemporary studio apartment that sleep 4. Located in the heart of Downtown Bellaire, above Mammoth Distilling (note live music/bar noise) and next door to Short's Brewing Company. Glacial Hills Trails, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and all of the surrounding chain of lakes within a short drive.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

This wonderful home sits beautifully in a quiet area with a view of the golf course. It is very spacious for a large family to gather and spread out. With 2 family rooms and 4 bedrooms, you will enjoy the comfort of this home nicely. The open concept living/kitchen area offers a wonderful view with a nice large deck. There is a gas grill and a cozy gas fire pit on the deck for snowy fires. RULE: If not a family with children, all guests must be 25 and older. No pets allowed

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
