Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

This updated, spacious home is near a walk/run/bike trail and has been furnished to meet your needs while in Indy. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a loft as a 4th bedroom. It has a semi-private backyard patio w/fire pit and seating for 6. This 2-story home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from concerts, sporting events, restaurants, the zoo, Indianapolis Children's Museum, the Canal, and much more! Also, we're just a 20-minute drive from the airport. No pets please.
