Luxurious Self Contained Studio Down Country Lane

12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Richcrest Farm Stay-Self contained Cabin

Richcrest Cabin is built for two people. Off the grid and eco-friendly. Set beside a small lake and totally private. Enjoy the company of New Zealand's beautiful birds, Tui, Fantail and an abundance of Kereru. The cabin provides a stunning peaceful private retreat to escape from the trappings of modern life. Double glazed, fully insulated, and an infinity gas heater for warmth. Situated on a traditional New Zealand sheep and beef hill country farm. Marked farm walks for you to enjoy.

Self Contained in Feilding

My husband and I welcome you to Feilding. Our sleep out has an ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet), TV, wardrobe and queen bed with linen and towels. There is a jug with mugs, tea/coffee/milk and a fridge. There are no cooking facilities. The sleep out is separate to the house so you can come and go as you please. Easy self check in/out. My mum is a co-host so it really is family run. NB; breakfast isn't included and due to working full time, check in is from 5pm. We also have a new puppy.

Old Cellar Door Farm Stay

The Old Cellar Door Farmstay was originally the wine tasting room for the Pohangina Valley Estate vineyard. Set on a working sheep farm with a view of the Ruahine range, the farmstay is private and spacious with a wood burner for those chilly nights. Close to owners house for help if required. Friendly goats and free range chickens. Close to Palmerston North and Feilding. Enjoy the many walks/cycling nearby and other activities. Short walk to the river with a popular swimming hole.

South Street Lodge

This beautiful two bedroom guesthouse provides a full kitchen, dining, lounge, work nook, bathroom with separate toilet, and full laundry facilities. Located directly across the road from Manfeild entrance and Kowhai Park, walking distance to the heart of Feilding, and only 15 minutes drive to Palmerston North makes this guesthouse a great choice for those looking to attend a Manfeild event, business meetings, visiting friends or family in the area or simply having a trip away.

This family friendly two storey house is situated in the heart of Woodville. This home away from home is full of character and comfort and includes modern necessities such as Wifi. There is great indoor-outdoor flow to the private patio which catches all day sun. Woodville has several cafes, antique shops, fish & chips, tavern, petrol station/EV charger and a Four Square. Close by are walking/cycling paths, bush walks, the Tui Brewery and popular trout fishing rivers.

Tui Studio

Come make yourself at home in our freshly renovated fully self-contained Tui studio nestled in native bush. It's a 15min walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of Feilding where the farmers markets are held on Fridays. 7-minute drive to Manfeild Park 16-minute drive from Palmerston North airport. With private off-street parking. There is additional parking if required (please advise if needed) With everything you need provided to make yourselves breakfast.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Welcome to Alamea House

Fully self-contained two bedroom tiny home amongst some of the properties Alpacas. Continental breakfast included: milk, bread, eggs and choice of cereals and spreads. Located in the Manawatu just 10 minutes from Palmerston North and 10 mins from Feilding. Convenient to Manfield Chris Amon raceway or Robertson Prestige Speedway. Trailers, car transporters and larger vehicles can be accomodated on request.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
