Hôte très accueillant et communication très facile La maison se trouve dans un endroit calme et se situe à peu près 30/40 minutes en voiture de tous les endroits connus de Majorque. La maison est très bien, très propre et bien équipée (électroménagers, serviettes de plage, sèche cheveux, jeu pour la piscine…). Il y avait même des produits pour nous dépanner dès notre arrivée tels que dentifrice, shampooing, café, thé, bouteilles d’eau Rien à redire, je reviendrai sans hésitation !

Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig, etwas abgelegen aber dennoch gut mit dem Auto/Taxi erreichbar. Die Lage sorgte dafür, dass man sich ungestört gefühlt hat und die Ausstattung war optimal um sich auch mit 10 Leuten dort wohlzufühlen, da man viel Platz zur Bewegung hat. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist zwar etwas schade, dennoch bietet die Lage dafür absolute Ruhe. Sofern man sich nicht für einen mehrtägigen Urlaub am Ballermann einstellt kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde Sie wieder buchen. 👍🏻

We had a short break in Palma and Miguel’s apartment was a real haven of peace and quiet within a busy city where everything was just a short walk or bus ride away. The shared garden was just the best place to have a swim, sunbathe, with many areas to disperse guests. Even lemon and lime trees growing there. Miguel and his wife were gracious, polite and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Beach is 50m away and the pool is like in the pictures. Very recommended for a group trip. Yo can also store bikes easily in the house like we did.

La verdad es que según vimos el alojamiento, nos encantó, y no nos ha defraudado. Nos hemos ido con ganas de pasar allí otras vacaciones! La casa es genial para estar y disfrutar de lo que hay alrededor: campos, caminos, vacas, ovejas y un silencio lleno de canturreos de pájaros y gallinas. Una habitación bonita y cómoda y todo muy bien organizado. Estuvimos super cómodos con Jordi y Margalida, esperamos volver en un futuro :)

We stayed for 10 lovely days with a toddler and had a wonderful time x The townhouse is perfectly situated in a quiet area but only 5 mins walk to the main square x We got the bus everyday to the beach which was no problem x Bus terminal 5 mins from house x Taxi back from Porto Pollenca cost a reasonable 15 euros x Gorgeous pool for morning dip too x Would def recommend x 💚

Super schöner Innen- sowie Außenraum. Sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt in Laufdistanz, alles andere per Auto erreichbar. Etwas außerhalb somit ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert bzw. Notwendig.

Stunning property inside and out. Set amongst an orange grove, the setting is idyllic and peaceful, with great proximity to Soller. We spent our mornings enjoying fresh orange juice and relaxing by the pool before heading into the livelier town to soak up the atmosphere and indulge in delicious Spanish food. Everything has been thoughtfully considered — we appreciated Miguel’s attention to detail.

Tolles Haus. Liegt sehr nahe am Meer und ca. 25-30minuten bis zum Zentrum von Palma entfernt.

Excellent logement ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au sein de la villa. La villa est très confortable et correspond parfaitement à la description. Spacieux, confortable, bien décoré, bien agencé et bien exposé au soleil. L’extérieur est très agréable lui aussi, avec une belle table sous une pergola très agréable. Le coin piscine est très bien aussi, même si la température de l’eau ne permettait pas d’en profiter en Mai. Un grand merci à nos hôtes, qui ont été d’une gentillesse irréprochable, qui ont été très flexibles sur notre arrivée et notre départ, et également très réactifs aux demandes que nous avons faites. Nous tenions à le faire remarquer :). Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement, dans un quartier très calme, mais très bien situé pour se rendre dans les diverses criques et plages de l’île. Tout était parfait, Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci

Der Aufenthalt war super. Apartment sehr sauber und groß. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief sehr schnell und war sehr hilfreich.

Bra genomgång av boendet när vi kom, och lägenheten har ett bra läge med promenadavstånd till centrum.

Wir waren bereits im vergangenen Jahr schon einmal in der Unterkunft und waren so angetan, dass wir es für dieses Jahr erneut gebucht haben - und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unser Aufenthalt war super entspannt und schön. :) Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön großzügig gestaltet und für 4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Die Kommunikation war super: schnelle Reaktion und unkomplizierte Lösungsfindung. Wir hatten um weitere Handtücher gebeten und es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Danke noch einmal. :)

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus ab 24.11-04.12. Was uns sehr gafallen hat- milde Wetterverhältnisse für diese Jahreszeit. Wir könnten im Pool baden, also für die sportlichen Person überhaupt kein Problem. Auch das Meer war warm genug- etwa 18 Grad. Wir haben gebadet. Ich empfehle die Strände in Sa rapita, Cala d' Or, Cala Millor. Der grösste Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist die zentrale Insellage, woher man die allen Orte in maximum 35-45 minuten erreichen kann. Ein Mietwagen ist natürlich ein Pflicht. Man darf direkt im Haushof parken. Der Hausbesitzer Antonio wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst mit zwei Schlafzimmern in Obergeschoss, mit großem Balkon, 2 WC's, einer großen Duschezeile, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essmöglichkeit vor dem Pool, sauberem Grillplatz ist perfekt für einen privaten Urlaub geeignet. Hoch empfehlenswert! Danke Mallorca!

Aakash and Guillermo are great hosts and have a wonderful house. It's very comfortable, beautifully designed, squeaky clean and has a great location! The house was very well equipped as well. We had a wonderful time - 2 families with teens.

Ignacio is responsive, friendly, and made check in very easy. The area was beautiful and the bathrooms especially were nice. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay!

Einfach nur traumhaft schön! Tolles Haus, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Es fehlt einem im Haus an nichts. Einfach auf die Terasse setzen und genießen! Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Danke für diesen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt liebe Marion und lieber Ben.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 11 Nächten in diesem schönen Haus – perfekt für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Das Haus und das großzügige Grundstück sind genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt – ruhig, grün und mit einem tollen Pool, der uns täglich große Freude bereitet hat. Die Lage ist super: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Mit Auto ist man schnell in den schönen Städten Pollenca und Alcudia sowie am Meer und in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Kommunikation mit Gabor: jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Defekt wurde umgehend behoben – besser geht’s nicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 5 Sterne!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber dass hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Das Meer und diverse nette Orte sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging erst um 19 Uhr und wir durften bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen in der Finca bleiben, so dass wir einen ganz entspannten Abreisetag hatten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing, incredible place! Gus and Azucena were absolutely fantastic hosts. The house itself is one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in, a proper family home with beautiful details and a homely vibe. The master bedroom was my favourite, with a balcony and a sea view. The area is very quiet, the beach is within walking distance, and the local town is a 5 minute bike ride (bike provided). I highly recommend anyone to stay here, I felt right at home and appreciated the stay so much. Thank you!
