A fantástica vista do terraço e a luz que entra em toda a casa são os melhores aspectos deste apartamento. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

It has a leaving room and dining area, a functional kitchenette, one double bed in the mezzanine accessible by stairs, and one bathroom with shower. The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.
