This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Your lovely cottage is ready and perfectly located to explore the Bay Area or catch a flight in or out. We are conveniently located near the two main highways linking all East Bay destinations.
