This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Famous Cafe/ breakfast outlet 200mtrs away, Salisbury hotel(eat &drink) famous Toohey’s forest walk ,tennis court, burger shop , kebab shop nearby. Ample street parking available.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Plenty of street parking along the park, playground 1 min walk, two train stations 600/ 800 meters walk. CBD 25 min drive. The place is freshly renovated. Please understand the landscaping hasn’t finished & yard is a bit untidy. We live upstairs so can provide anything you might need. We are just a text message away!
