Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Enjoy a quiet getaway in this second floor, one bedroom apartment. My wife and I take great pride in our homes and we live 200ft away. This is our first go with an AirBNB. Guests will be impressed with the cleanliness, coziness, and peace and quiet. We offer free wifi, private off-street parking, and well kept yards. Located within 10 minutes of historic Grand Rapids, Waterville and Whitehouse Ohio and 30-40 minutes from Toledo. There are several Metroparks located within a 10 minute drive, and the Maumee River and the Maumee State Forest are also nearby.
