It’s situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy access to the A130 and A12. 15 minutes from Broomfield hospital. Nearby is the park and ride to Chelmsford town and mainline station. The Kitchen/Lounge area is fitted with an Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Includes Microwave, kettle, toaster and is equipped with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc.

Located a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and beach, the beautiful flat has a light and airy feel decorated in a shabby chic style with the added benefit of off road parking and a small front garden. Perfect location for exploring Whitstable and surrounding areas. Please note - if four guests are staying, the sofa bed is in the living room together with access to the bathroom via a small step.

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in an old Victorian schoolhouse with beautiful large bright rooms and fully fitted kitchen. Close to the seafront with safe, stony beach that is perfect for sunning or swimming. Whitstable harbour is only a short walk along the seafront or there is an easy bus ride to historic Canterbury with a bus stop along the road. Whitstable is a beautiful town with lots of independent shops/cafes. Fantastic for art and creativity, I am a potter myself.
