Travelling North or South and need a stop over ? We are just off Highway 6 at beautiful Gowan Bridge. On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Ikamatua B &B - The accomodation is set in a rural garden overlooking the village of Ikamatua. The surrounding land is our own farmland. The surrounding rivers have excellent fishing. Great walks nearby. Good stopover when heading towards glaciers if heading south or north towards Nelson, Blenheim, or Picton. The local hotel in Ikamatua does great evening meals, this is only 5mins from accommodation.
