The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. Our place is located at an old school it is devided into two house's in one. All bathrooms are in the middle. Full kitchen, two bedroom home with large lounge and sunroom all seperate from Our end. Please note that the bedrooms are visually private only. They are divided by 3/4 high corrugated iron walls, as part of the old classroom. The other part being the lounge area.
