Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

Originally a threshing barn, but recently converted by the owners into a modern space which respectfully retains the character and proportions of the original barn. Situated within our grounds the barn is self contained and separate from the main house. The accommodation includes a comfortable and cosy sitting room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
