Historic Shaw 3BD/2BA Conv. C/DT/Metro

This historic Shaw building was built in 1898. Walk to: a) Logan Circle – 4 min b) Convention Center – 10 min c) White House & Mall – 30 min d) Chinatown – 10 min. The 3BD/2BA layout is within my apt, but only the entrance hallway is shared. Everything shown in your photos is for your exclusive use. You’ll enter through the hallway into the room with the gray sofa (it changed to red)The blue sofa, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and second full bath are located in the basement.

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away.
