Otematata is the perfect base for fishing, boating and relaxing with Lake Benmore five minutes drive away and a short walk to Lake Aviemore. Our bach is a short walk to the shop, fabulous coffee at Hungry Hydro, playground, pub and club or just enjoy the amazing relaxing views!

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

A 3 bedroom warm home nestled in a lovely garden setting facing north towards the Kurow Hill. A comfortable place to unwind after a day on the Alps to Ocean (A2O) cycle trail. Convenient garage to store your Bikes and a flat driveway to park your boat. Local attractions: Waitaki and Hakataramea rivers for fly fishing. Lakes Benmore and Aviemore for those who love sailing, boating and fishing. Golf corse , Bike park and a winery minutes away.

Claremont Cottage, Timaru

A cute cosy cottage on a 20 acre lifestyle block, 6km from the edge of Timaru. The cottage is located 50m from our home. There is a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The cottage is fully self contained with a bedroom, seperate sitting room with sofa and open kitchen dining, TV space. There is a playground and tennis court 100m up the road. You are welcome to join in with any farm chores when we are home.

We offer a quiet rural setting with views of the surrounding mountains and hills, overlooking our lifestyle farm. We have sheep, and chickens in the orchard, so may hear rural chatter along with bird song. We have two small friendly dogs. Included in the booking is a substantial continental breakfast to send you on your way exploring the spectacular Waitaki area.
