We have a huge arts and culture scene, we are also a ‘foodie’ town and are becoming known for our craft beer. It's a 5 minute drive to Tropicana for baseball & 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, St Pete beach.

This comfortable, private apartment is located above the detached garage of a restored 1930 house situated on a triple lot in one of the best neighborhoods in town. It's very close to lively downtown St. Pete, yet very quiet and private. The koi pond with cascading waterfalls is one feature of the lush jungly yard with pool and hot tub. A new 55" Samsung smart TV has just been installed. Enjoy Spectrum cable or sign into your streaming services.

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed.
