Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Das Ferienhaus mit dem Appartement für bis 6 Personen befindet sich im Bade- und Erholungsort Stinjan ca. 1,2 Km vom feinen Kieselstrand entfernt. Stinjan ist ein ruhiger Vorort der Stadt Pula. Liegt gegenüber Nationalpark Brijuni. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohn-Essbereich, Bad mit Dusche, Bad mit Badewanne. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit einem Fitnessraum, Fernseher, WLAN-Zugang, Klimaanlage. Für unsere Gäste im Haus steht ein Pool und Parkplatz kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Apartment "Ivana" is placed in the ground level of family house ca. 45m2. Bedroom with a queen size bed, toilet, and also a kitchen and living room with a couch that can be turned into a bed for two. Kitchen and living room are located in the same space. Apartment has a terrace that extends into the garden with a sitting area. Four bicycles, gym with a table tennis, barbecue, and laundry done by the host is included in the price. Free covered parking is located in the front yard.

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Opremljena kuhinja, aparat za kavu, posuđe, sušilo za kosu, i sve ostale potrepštine. Besplatni wifi u cijelom stanu. Nije preporučljiv za izuzetno visoke osobe, visina stropa 205 cm. Besplatni parking ispred zgrade. Mala trgovina ispred zgrade sa svim potrebnim namirnicama.
