This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the spacious back yard with large pool and 2nd patio off the den with small sitting area, water fountain and plants everywhere. Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
