Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Relax in a peaceful and private cabin surrounded by gardens. Watch the sun set over Round Hill, then wake up to birdsong from the kowhai tree in front of your private balcony. All this, just an 8 minute drive from town. The cabin has all the amenities you need, except for cooking! It has a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.
