It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.
